Jean From MA called this morning, she has a Lobster Butler, the antenna broke off after a few years of use, she was looking for a replacement antenna. Unfortunately we do not have replacement parts available. We talked about re gluing the antenna. Her suggestion to future buyers is glue the antennas in place when you are putting together the lobster butler, there is some assembly required but not too much. The Lobster Butler is a great companion when you are serving guests on a hot summers day, or hosting a nautical barbecue. Fredrick from Ohio Ordered the J.S. Elcano Ship Model for his Father for his Birthday. He was super excited to give this ships model as a gift to his Dad who loves ships of all kinds and sizes. When UPS dropped the package off at his house the box was damaged and to his surprise the ship was crushed as well. Fredrick called Elisha at Everything Nautical to discuss his damaged ship model. She told him not to worry, we will send out a replacement this week, and she personally would make sure he received it before his Dad's birthday. A week later Fredrick called thanking Elisha for her help, said that he received his replacement ships model in perfect condition and that his Father was so thrilled with it.
